This tank was made over several decades and they made cosmetic revisions to it over that time. The different revisions are interchangeable with each other both with respect to their bowls and tank lids, so the item you receive will be made by Eljer and designed to work in place of your broken tank, but may not look identical to the one you have or the ones pictured as we may not have a photo of every revision available. Rest assured that if you purchase this item to replace your 141-0220 or 141-2120 tank, it will work in place of it and your lid will fit.
